Service Maintenance Planning offers customers expert technical support and advice to construct a detailed plan for service and maintenance activities to secure maximum fleet uptime and prolonged lifespan combined with cost optimization.
In a close dialogue with the customer and the service maintenance provider we ensure that the vehicles are serviced to the best standards for vehicle operating conditions, available repair facilities, technician skills, equipment, parts and tools required.
This service is offered pro bono as an integrated part of the Extended and the Premium Fleet Solutions. Service maintenance planning will also affect financial matters by ensuring transparent financial stability.
Service Maintenance Agreement
A Service Maintenance Agreement gives you a fixed monthly fee covering service interventions for up to 5 years and 150.000 kilometers. It provides cost predictability, enables service/maintenance planning and reduces administration as it eliminates the process of requesting quotes each time a vehicle is due for service.
Service Maintenance Planning and/or a Service Maintenance Agreement are offered pro bono as an integrated part of the Extended and the Premium Fleet Solutions.
